Bioshock 2
Now, mind you. There may be some tiny spoilers when I explain the storyline, but it’s nothing you won’t see after playing the game for 10 minutes.

Avatar: If you haven’t heard of it, your lack of any social interaction shocks me. This movie has been hyped for quite some time, while not being over-advertised like some movies these days are (cough..Transformers..cough).
The director (James Cameron) began creating the story and concept of the movie since he say one of the older Star Wars (back in the 80’s I believe) making this movie about 20-30 years in the making.
The Road
For this particular movie, I couldn’t find a trailer that I could import into Writer, so I’m just going to use an image…if you want to see a trailer, click here.
The Road is based on a tremendous book written by Cormack McCarthy, and honestly, this is easily the best book I’ve ever read. If you ever are given the opportunity to read it, I highly recommend you do, especially seeing as how this isn’t a very complex book. The only thing I was confused about at times was how there were never any quotations when someone would speak. But whatever, that’s not really the point of this post..
The movie itself was good, although I don’t feel like it lived up its potential. I pictured the boy being a bit shorter, and Viggo Mortensen actually looks a lot like I imaged the Man to look. The atmosphere of the movie matched the book pretty well, but I thought it could have been a bit darker, like with more blood and whatnot. Overall, the movie was pretty cool, if you get a chance to see it, I think you should. The experience would probably be better if you read the book, too.
Expect another post later today/tomorrow. I’m going to see Avatar.
